Saturday night in Nassau, Bahamas at the World Athletics Relays turned out to be a memorable night under the bright lights of Thomas A. Robinson Stadium for Canadian sprinters.
Rhasidat Adeleke and Sharlene Mawdsley have been selected in both the Women's and Mixed 4x400m teams for the World Athletics Relays in the Bahamas tonight.
With the sun beating down on the infield on a sweltering Friday morning in Nassau, The Bahamas, Canadian head coach Glenroy Gilbert provided an impassioned speech to the Canadian sprinters ahead of the World Athletics Relays.
